Account and Payment FAQ

1. Go to the box labeled "I want to set up online access for my account."
2. Click "Find Account."
3. Enter the last name of the primary person on the account as well as their birth date and ZIP code. Click "Submit."
4. Enter the e-mail address and password.
1. Go to the box labeled "I want to sign into my account."
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Type your e-mail address, and click "Submit."
4. If the e-mail address you submitted is on file, instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
5. Open the reset instructions, and click the link to start the reset process.
1. Go to the box labeled "I want to sign into my account."
2. Enter your e-mail address and password.
3. Click "Submit."
4. Select the fees you want to pay by checking the appropriate box(es).
5. Click "Pay Fees Now."
6. Confirm the total, and click "Continue."
7. Select a payment method from the drop-down menu. Acceptable forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
8. Enter your credit card information.
9. Click "Continue."
1. Go to the box labeled "I want to sign into my account."
2. Log in to the account.
3. Click "Payment History" at the top of the page.
4. Select a date range from the drop-down menu. Choose from 30, 60, 90 or 120 days, or select a custom range.
5. To print, click the printer icon.
